Susan, we had a great time at your cabin and it was a very clean and wonderful place to call home for four nights. we so enjoyed the cabin and have highly recommended it to several of our friends that go down to the area on a regular basis. I think they are now convinced that renting a cabin may be a better way to go than taking their combination trailers and having to ride from far off campgrounds. We also enjoyed the peaceful nature of the cabin area as opposed to being at a campground.

I just wanted to let you know how much we really enjoyed our time at your cabin and horseback riding in Big South Fork....it was GREAT! It was really hot a day or two but we managed and the horses did great...several breaks but was well worth it to get away and enjoy the slow pace. Your cabin is great! Thanks for the maps and information found in the cabin...it was helpful in planning our rides!

We had such a great time there. the trails and the cabin was great. it was a 15 hour drive for us but we stopped after 12 hours and visited family and then drove the other three. it was perfect. we will probably go again next year, we loved it. Everything was GREAT!!!! We had a great get-away and the trails were some of the best I've ridden. We truly enjoyed just relaxing around the cabin and found everything to be just as you described and more. The neighbors are great as well and gave good advice. We traveled the O & W and Coyle Branch. We definitely look forward to returning again! And the horses found their amenities very comforting and cool. Glad we decided to stay again. Loved the cabin and the area. We got here in afternoon, got settled, then went in to Oneida & ate at Preston’s Steak House-good food! 1^ST ride was Spruce Creek Trail-nice and got the horses ready for more. Roasted marshmallows in the yard, rode many great trails and ended up riding the trail in Stearn’s Ky to Blue Heron Coal Mine. Our 1^st ever horse riding vacation and it was a real hit. WOW! This place is our dream. Thank you so much for sharing. We were so happy that we found your cabin. We spent a few days riding in the Smokies but we’re so glad we decided not to stay just there. We wish we had come sooner. We’ve got a 12 hr. drive home to Ontario. If this place was closer, we would be very regular guests! Hope to come back for a longer stay. It was perfect. Yes, everything was great! We rode 3 days and the weather was great. It didn't rain until Sat evening, but we were done riding and then it came a monsoon. Thanks again. We will want to stay there next year, too. G. R. Newport, TN
